    Volunteers are needed for the Utz Summer Bash on Friday, July 27. Shifts will be 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. to help with set up and tear down. Volunteers will also be provided a meal voucher for a free meal from one of the vendors for their hard work! Please use the link to the Google form to sign-up and provide their contact information.     The Gettysburg BBQ Festival will be held on Saturday, May 26, and they need 10-15 volunteers from the Adams Rescue Mission volunteer base to serve from 10 a.m. -2 p.m.  This is an outdoor event. The event is rain or shine. Some of the volunteer duties could include:  assembling and distributing BBQ sample boxes, helping with trash collection, parking, assistance with kids activities (rock wall, bounce house, pony rides), etc. Teens ages 16 and up can help, but you must commit to the entire 4 hours, arriving by 10 a.m. and staying until 2 p.m.  You must email rescuemission30@gmail.com  ASAP if you can volunteer.

The main area of need is working the score clocks during the youth basketball games on Saturdays at both the Hanover and Littlestown YMCA. There are some other areas as well.
