At Delone Catholic, we believe a faith-based education should be accessible to everyone. We understand that tuition can seem daunting, which is why we've created Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) plans. These plans are designed to make a Catholic education affordable for your family, ensuring our vibrant community is open to all who seek it.

Please note: The rates shown are for the 2025-26 school year. Information for the 2026-27 school year will be available in April 2026.

Family Individualized Tuition (FIT)

($2,500-$9,450)*

Your individual tuition contribution is tailored to your family's unique financial means and needs, ensuring it is the right fit for your family. Family Individualized Tuition will vary for each family, but may fall within this range.

A Guaranteed Financial Aid Award is available to families who:

Submit a complete financial aid application through Simple Tuition Solutions; and/or
Participate in the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program (only available for families who pay Pennsylvania income tax).

Families who do not avail themselves of the Guaranteed Financial Aid Award may pay tuition up to the actual cost of education, which is $15,500. These families are still eligible for discounts, including:

Parishioner Deduction | $2,300 for members of parish churches of the Diocese of Harrisburg in Pennsylvania as verified by the Pastor.
Multi-Child Deduction | $1,000 per student for families with more than one student enrolled

*The average range of tuition contributed by families. Contribution examples are projected and customized to each family, based on need identified when the family completes a financial aid application.

Fast Facts About Family Individualized Tuition

Affording private education excellence at Delone Catholic is within reach with a Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) plan.

The program is available to every Delone Catholic family and interested applicant.
Currently 97% of our families participate in the Guaranteed Financial Aid Award program.
Similar to the FAFSA process for colleges and universities, families complete a brief financial questionnaire online that takes into account individual financial circumstances and applies them to create a customized tuition based on factors such as annual income, debts, family size, and obligations.
The process to apply for your custom tuition contribution can be completed online via the Simplified Tuition Solutions (STS) system, a confidential, third-party application.
Completing the confidential financial questionnaire to request your FIT contribution is a part of the application process and should occur simultaneously.

Payment Policies and Procedures

All families are required to enroll with our tuition management company, Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) Use school code: 20573, if prompted. Current families are asked to enroll online with the responsible payee’s complete information. If you are enrolling, or you have applied for tuition assistance through STS, use the same log-in information for both tuition and tuition assistance. This is an important part of the enrollment process. Your student’s enrollment is not considered complete without the online enrollment to the STS tuition management plan.

Payment plans and tuition assistance are available to support your investment. Three payment options are available:

One payment plan due July 15, 2025. (There is no fee for this payment option).
Ten-Month installment plan starting July 15, with tuition paid in full by April 15, 2026. (There is a $45 fee for this payment option).
Semi-annual payment plan with installments due July 15, 2025 and Jan. 17, 2026. (There is a $15 fee for this payment plan).

A $10 late fee will be automatically assessed by STS for any payments not made within 15 days of the due date.

Apply for Tuition Assistance

Delone Catholic, along with other Catholic schools in the Diocese of Harrisburg, has adopted Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) as its tuition management service. STS has gained a reputation for providing an easy-to-use consumer experience.

Every family, regardless of means, is encouraged to apply for tuition assistance, at no cost, in five simple steps.

Go to the Simple Tuition Solutions website. Use school code: 20573, if asked.
Create an account (or log in if you already have one).
Start a new application for the upcoming school year.
Complete the 8-step application process.
Photograph/scan and upload (or copy and mail) necessary financial documents.

STS will report results to Delone Catholic, which will make tuition assistance decisions beginning March 1. Every family is encouraged to book an online or in-person meeting to discuss your family's individualized tuition (FIT) plan.

Refer-A-Friend Tuition Grant

Consider telling a friend about all the wonderful programs and services that Delone Catholic has to offer, and you may be eligible for a $500 Refer-A-Friend Tuition Grant. The details of the grant are as follows:

The $500 tuition grant is awarded to a current school family who refers a prospective student to Delone Catholic who then transfers into 10th, 11th or 12th grade and completes the academic year.
The tuition grant will be applied to the current school family’s final tuition payment.
The transfer student must not have been previously enrolled at Delone Catholic.
Only one family per transfer is eligible for the Refer-A-Friend Tuition Grant.

Transfer Tuition Grant

Qualified public or private school students who transfer into 10th, 11th or 12th grade are eligible to receive a Transfer Tuition Grant. The grant will be dispersed in this manner: $2,000 will be deducted from the tuition bill in the first year of attendance.

Students who are accepted for admission to Delone Catholic High School in 10th through 12th grade and thus are transferring from another school in the region are eligible to receive an annual tuition reduction during their first two years of enrollment. The full program guidelines are below:

The Tuition Transfer Grant only applies to students who have not previously been enrolled at Delone Catholic High School and wish to transfer into 10th, 11th or 12th grade from another public or private school or from a homeschool.
Transfer students must be accepted for admission into Delone Catholic HS after submitting a completed admissions application, paying the admissions fee, and completing an interview with school administrator(s).
In the first year of enrollment, families eligible for the Transfer Tuition Grant with receive a $2,000 tuition reduction.
The Transfer Tuition Grant will accrue and be applied to equal monthly payments from the time of enrollment until April for students who remain enrolled and current with tuition payments. The grant(s) only apply to tuition charges for eligible, currently enrolled students of Delone Catholic High School and are not transferrable nor redeemable in cash.

Please Note: Delone Catholic High School abides by all PIAA policies regarding athletic recruiting and transfers that are motivated by athletic purposes.

Is there a deadline to apply for tuition assistance?

The financial aid application is made available to families in January and should be received before June 1 in order for tuition assistance to be applied to tuition payment plans that begin in July. Financial aid applications received after June 1 may result in tuition assistance only being applied to remaining tuition payments.

Tuition assistance award decisions can be anticipated beginning March 1, two or more weeks after the financial aid application is completed and submitted to STS.
