Affordability
We firmly believe that Catholic education should be accessible to all families who wish it for their children. However, we understand that financial considerations make a Catholic education seem out of reach to some families. Therefore, we have established tuition assistance for families who need assistance to achieve the goal of Catholic education.

- How can I apply for tuition assistance?
- Is there a deadline to apply for tuition assistance?

How do I know if I am eligible for tuition assistance?
Tuition assistance can only be determined by completing a financial aid application with Simple Tuition Solutions, a third-party service. After examining each family situation, a decision is made based on eligibility formulas for tuition assistance.
How can I apply for tuition assistance?
The online financial aid application will be provided to prospective and current families. In order to fill out the application, you will need a complete copy of this year’s or last year’s IRS Form 1040 and current W-2’s for each contributing household member.
Is there a deadline to apply for tuition assistance?
The financial aid application is made available to families in February and should be received before June 1 in order for tuition assistance to be applied to tuition payment plans that begin in July. Financial aid applications received after June 1 may result in tuition assistance only being applied to remaining tuition payments.
Tuition assistance award decisions can be anticipated two or more weeks after the financial aid application is completed and submitted to STS.
When will I know if I receive tuition assistance?
What if our financial situation changes after I apply for tuition assistance?
We understand that hardships can occur. A parent can be laid off, lose a job, or encounter unexpected medical expenses. If your family experiences a decrease in income or other financial hardship, please notify the Director of Enrollment who will review your eligibility for additional assistance.
