Main Entrance on Oxford Ave.
A statue of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, patroness and founder of Catholic education in the United States, greets students, staff, and visitors to Delone Catholic High School who enter via the Main Entrance to the original 1940 wing.
Main Office Hallway
Once inside the main entrance to Delone Catholic, students, staff, and visitors, a statue of Mary, the Mother of Jesus and the Church, reminds all that our school is established on a foundation of faith. The main hallway displays reminders of our school's history and tradition, including the Hall of Honor.
Chapel
The Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Delone Catholic High School is a gift of the estate of Donald W. Small and Mary E. Small. The Chapel provides a quiet place of solace and peace for our students, staff, and visitors. Regular opportunities to attend Mass and the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament are held in the chapel, and students may visit as needed throughout the day.
Library
The Library at Delone Catholic High School is a gateway to the world outside the walls of our school. With access to Virtual High School classes, databases full of knowledge, and of course stacks upon stacks of classic and modern literature, non-fiction tomes, and other reference materials, Delone Catholic students are never at a loss for learning material.
Chemistry Lab
The world's next great chemists may just get their start in the Louis B. Toler '49 Chemistry lab, so we are grateful for the donors to Delone's Diamond Decade Initiative, who helped build modern science labs, with the necessary equipment for student to learn and experiment safely.
Family and Consumer Science Classroom
The Family and Consumer Science (FCS) Classroom at Delone Catholic High School provides space for experiential learning. Our FCS and and Tech Ed programs provide instruction in the useful arts to Delone Catholic students as part of our mission to prepare students for life after graduation
Mathematics Classroom
All of the academic spaces at Delone Catholic High School are temperature-controlled and outfitted with interactive projectors, and WiFi access points to support the 1:1 Chromebook instructional technology program.
Sheppard Lobby
The Sheppard Lobby at Delone Catholic High School welcomes most public visitors to the school whether they are attending athletic contests or the performing arts. On a daily basis, this space serves as the study hall for students, and a gathering space where friends meet before and after school.
Sheppard Gymnasium
The Lawrence B. "Sonny" Sheppard, Jr. Memorial Gymnasium is the home venue for our Squire and Squirette basketball, volleyball, and wrestling teams, and the classroom of our physical education program. With recent upgrades to lighting and sound, this venue can barely contain the abounding spirit of the Squire Nation!
J.T. Flaherty Field
When our community hears "Squire Country" images of Friday nights under the lights at J.T. Flaherty field likely come to mind first. The home venue of Squire football and lacrosse also hosts senior nights under the lights for the soccer and field hockey teams.
Delone Gym
Enter the Delone Gym and close your eyes for just a moment. You can almost hear the echoes of generations of activity in the space built as the school's original cafeteria, gym, and auditorium. Voices raised in praise at Mass, spirited shouts from spectators at games, carefully practiced lines from school plays and musicals, popular music and the sounds of dancing feet. So much has happened here. Now with modern temperature controls and new flooring, the Delone Gym continues to serve as a gathering space, an auxiliary gym for our sports teams, and a performance venue for the arts at Delone Catholic.
