Dear Cherished Alumni and Friends of Delone Catholic High School,

May Christ's love be with you and yours this Christmas season, and may your blessings be abundant in the New Year! The Office of Advancement has been busy this month, celebrating with past, present, and future Squires. While the fun and excitement have not been lacking, we remember why we celebrate and why we come together. During the Advent season, the Delone Catholic community is reminded to step away from the hustle and bustle of parties and Christmas shopping to commemorate the birth of Christ and be patient as we wait for His return.

As always, we thank God for our Delone Catholic Community and for the many ways we are blessed.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Sincerely,

The Office of Advancement

Alumni and Friends Fall Social at the Bucher House

Delone Catholic graduates spanning six decades were joined by friends and current and former faculty and staff on the evening of Nov. 10, 2022. The event took place at the historic Bucher House in downtown Hanover, where attendees shared laughs and memories among antique tables and chairs.

Mr. William Lippe ‘P25, principal, hosted a Q&A session where all were able to ask questions about what’s happening at Delone Catholic and plans for the future.

The event was catered by Warehouse Gourmet in Hanover.

The next Alumni and Friends Social will be held in February 2023. Stay tuned for updates via email!

Host Families Needed

Delone Catholic is searching for families who would be interested in hosting an international student for next school year (2023-24). However, there is an immediate need for two families to host female students from Spain for the 2023-24 school year. A small monthly stipend will assist in supporting this young lady. If your family likes to take short trips, share their home experience, and welcome someone from another country to your home, please contact Dr. Barb Wert at [email protected] for more information.
