At Delone Catholic High School, students are encouraged to nurture any vocation to which they are called. Delone Catholic has partnered with the Adams County Technical Institute (ACTI) to provide vocational training to our students interested in hands-on experience in their field of interest. The courses at ACTI prepare students to go directly into the workforce or get a head start on post-secondary education. Students spend half their day in class at Delone Catholic and the other half at ACTI. This year, Delone Catholic has six students taking part in computer networking, EMT training, criminal justice, and early childhood education. Delone Catholic students agree that this program has improved their confidence and skills inside and outside of the classroom. Presenters Needed for Career Day
The Guidance Department, along with the Advancement team, has been hard at work preparing for Delone Catholic's 2023 Career Day. Traditionally held every other year, Career Day, is making its return after being canceled in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. On the afternoon of March 29, students will participate in two presentations on pre-selected career fields. Many alumni and friends of Delone Catholic have already stepped up to teach students about their fields, but we are still looking for presenters in the following careers:
Child Care | Civil Engineering | Law Enforcement

Delone Catholic Presents "Romeo and Juliet"
Delone Catholic High School presents Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" adapted by Ken Womble, this March 10-12 on stage in the Delone Gymnasium.
Showtimes: March 10 & 11 at 7 p.m. and March 12 at 2 p.m.
Admission costs $5 at the door. DCHS students and staff are admitted free with ID.
