The Delone Catholic Chapter of the Société Honoraire de Français recently inducted new members in a ceremony conducted during the school's activities period. New inductees include Rowan Dorsey '23, Jacob Fleming '23, Emma Bunty '24, and Sophia Warehime '24.
Local chapters of the Société Honoraire de Français, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French, provide a vehicle to focus activities around French language and Francophone literatures and cultures and to encourage participation in the annual writing contest and travel grant competition. In addition, students can acquire leadership skills by serving as officers, directing the initiation ceremony, or leading other chapter events.
