Biography
Dr. Carmen Brown, affectionately referred to by her students as simply "Doctora" was born in Spain. She loves to travel and learn about different cultures, and enjoys reading about new grammatical approaches to teaching and methods for engaging students in the daily routine of learning a language.
One of her goals as a Spanish Teacher is to stimulate students to become personally involved with Spanish as a living language. She feels that a language like Spanish can enrich students' lives as a practical and useful tool, one that can open their eyes to new and different cultures and ideas.
