All players are encouraged to attend these 3 days because the season begins the following week and this will help players prepare for the heat and the physical endurance needed.
You will need a stick, mouthguard, shinguards and your own water bottle.
This is an optional practice, We officially will start mandatory practices August 17th.
This practice will be about skill reviews and working on basic football skills and conditioning
If you are not able to make this practice it is not a problem at all,
I use this week to start to evaluate the boys and to get them used to what a normal practice looks like.

Delone Catholic is excited to announce plans for its annual bonfire to take place on Thursday, Aug. 27 at J.T. Flaherty Field. Come early to enjoy food trucks and games for our Little Squires and Future Squires!
The program will include performances by the Marching Squires and the DCHS cheerleaders, the blessing of our fall teams, and, of course, a bonfire.
The gate by the concession stand on South Street will open at 5:30 p.m. The program will begin at 7 p.m.
Parents and community members are welcome to attend.
As in years past, no one will be permitted to put anything into the fire, but you are welcome to bring school spirit banners and posters in good taste. Please take them with you after the event to recycle.
