Facility Use Requests

Delone Catholic High School welcomes neighboring organizations to use our facilities, subject to availability. To request use of the facilities, please complete the form below and await confirmation of availabiilty.

Requests to use Delone Catholic High School facilitates must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event.
 
Organizations outside of Delone Catholic High School will assume the cost for a Delone Catholic representative required at the event.

Any organization not affiliated with Delone Catholic High School or the Diocese of Harrisburg must provide proof of insurance.

Standard Operating Terms and Conditions

The outside organization will: 

  • Secure permission for facility use. 
  • Request resources needed two weeks prior to the date of the event. 
  • Assume the cost of a Delone Catholic representative to be present for the event. 
  • Remain in designated areas as outlined in the Facility Request Form. 
  • Restore the facility to its original condition at the completion of the event. 
  • Place any trash in the dumpsters outside and replace garbage bags in all receptacle bins.
  • Notify/report any issues, breakages or concerns to Delone Catholic within 24 hours of the end of the event.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies of Delone Catholic High School.
