High school is about more than just checking boxes, earning grades, or collecting trophies. It’s about who you become. At Delone Catholic High School, the Earn Your Armor program invites students to step into a deeper, more intentional journey—one rooted in faith, character, and genuine community.
Inspired by St. Paul’s Letter to the Ephesians, this program isn't a mandatory requirement or a race for external rewards. Instead, it is an open invitation to look inward, reach outward, and grow into the person God created you to be. It is designed to prepare you for three vital destinations: your eternal beatitude, your earthly vocation, and your graduation day.

Core Values
We believe that true growth cannot be forced, bought, or achieved alone. The Earn Your Armor program is built on three foundational values:

Transformational, Not Transactional | We don't cheapen your desires with superficial rewards. We support our Squires' genuine pursuit to be transformed from the inside out by "putting on the armor of God."

Relational, Not Individual | We are made for communion with God and each other. This program is designed to deepen your relationships with your family, your school, and your local community.

Optional, Not Mandatory | Choosing what is good, true, and beautiful must always be a free choice. The conditions for growth are here—but the choice to step forward is entirely yours.

The path to earning your armor is balanced across four interconnected areas of life, each anchored by Sacred Scripture:
Spiritual
“That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith (Eph. 3:17)"
Moral
