Updated

Delone Catholic High School is proud to announce the appointment of Brady Slater as the new Head Coach of the Varsity Girls Soccer program. A veteran of the sport, Coach Slater brings over 20 years of experience across youth, high school, and collegiate levels.

Coach Slater’s proven track record includes serving as a varsity coach within the YAIAA, where he was previously honored as the YAIAA Division I Coach of the Year. This accolade underscores his dedication to competitive excellence and his ability to foster leadership and sportsmanship in his players.

Beyond the pitch, Coach Slater offers a sophisticated, science-based approach to player development. He holds a Master of Science in Health and Physical Education and has completed extensive doctoral-level research in Exercise Leadership and Sports Medicine. By integrating his expertise in strength and conditioning with a focus on athlete safety, Slater is uniquely positioned to build a sustainable, high-performance culture for the Squires.

"We are thrilled to welcome Coach Slater to the Delone Catholic community," Director of Athletics Rev. John Rudolph stated. "His comprehensive approach to the game and his commitment to the student-athlete experience make him the ideal leader for our Girls Soccer program."
