Updated

Delone Catholic High School proudly welcomed Jason E. Boseck to its Board of Directors in 2025. A dedicated leader with a deep-seated commitment to mission-driven education and community development, Boseck brings a wealth of experience in real estate, capital markets, and strategic philanthropy to the school.

Background & Education

A native of the region, Boseck is an alumnus of St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel, Md. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in New York City. Today, he and his family are active parishioners at St. Joseph Parish, Hanover.

Professionally, Boseck is the Founder of Vested Communities | Housing Impact Fund, where he specializes in residential real estate and capital markets. His professional career is defined by creating impactful housing solutions and navigating complex financial landscapes.

Service & Leadership

Boseck is no stranger to board governance. In addition to his new role at Delone Catholic, he serves as a Board Member for the Vested Communities Housing Impact Fund and the Preston Fairfax Foundation. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Housing Equity Institute at Florida State University.

At Delone Catholic, Boseck lends his expertise as the Chair of the Advancement Committee and a member of the Facilities Committee.

Vision for Delone Catholic

Boseck joins the board with a clear strategic focus: ensuring the long-term sustainability and excellence of Catholic education. He is particularly focused on expanding the school’s donor network to support a successful Capital Campaign, with the goal of positioning Delone Catholic as the premier educational institution for mission-driven families across Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Regarding the school's tactical growth, Boseck is a strong proponent of the recently developed Earn Your Armor initiative for student development. "I believe this roadmap will be our single biggest advantage," Boseck noted. "It provides clear evidence of the type of disciplined, faith-filled citizens Delone Catholic is producing, which is essential in convincing the community to invest in our future."

Boseck views the next 18 months as a critical window for Catholic education. In an increasingly secular society, he is committed to making a compelling case to the broader community about the enduring value of a 2,000-year-old educational legacy.

Delone Catholic is honored to have Boseck's leadership, confidence, and strategic vision as we work together to "earn our armor" and secure the future of our school.
