Delone Catholic congratulates Halle Boucher '27 who won first place in the Eastern PA division of the Pennsylvania Moose Association Youth Awareness program, representing McSherrystown FC 720. The award comes with a $1,000 scholarship and a trip to the 38th Annual Moose International YA Student Congress to be held in Roanoke, Va. in April.
