Squire Impact Day of Giving
Squires Making an Impact
A Fount of Blessings
On Sept. 2, 1940, Archbishop Giovanni Cicognani, the Apostolic Delegate to the United States, dedicated Delone Catholic High School, proclaiming, "a fount of rich and enduring blessings has sprung up today in this region."
For nearly 85 years, Delone Catholic has truly lived up to this promise, serving as a beacon of hope and support for Catholic families in the Adams/York area and northern Maryland, as well as the wider communities around us. By offering a nurturing environment of spiritual formation, academic excellence, and vibrant extracurricular activities, Delone Catholic High School has touched the lives of countless students, guiding them to discern their paths and equipping them for lives of meaningful servant leadership.
The blessings have flowed both ways; the community surrounding our school has generously poured its love and support into Delone Catholic. Generations of devoted alumni, friends, volunteers, business leaders, and benefactors—including the committed parishioners of churches in the Adams Deanery—have lifted the school with their time, talent, and treasure.
Your generous contributions will be instrumental in providing tuition assistance for families, bolstering the Squire Athletics Fund, and enhancing The Arts at Delone Catholic Fund. Together, we can ensure that our dedicated faculty and staff continue to be a "fount of blessings" for our Squires and Squirettes, nurturing the leaders of tomorrow with inspiration and care.
